I would like to use this image as cover art for a story, if that would be alright. I would credit you and everything. Okay... 1: What is that armor? I swear I've seen it in another picture as well, of a male worgen. 2: This is a really nice picture. The details are very nice, and I have to agree with an earlier comment that I like the softer side of the worgen, it's not seen often.
Hey thanks for the comment To be perfectly honest, Blizzard hired me to do this image, so they own all the rights. You would have to contact them. Yeah--you could take it and use it and probably nothing would happen, but I would hate for the almight Blizz to find out and come down hard with a legal hammer. To play it safe, either don't use it, or request permission.
As for the armor ? I have no idea! It was just the specific armor they told me to use...sent me style sheets to follow. Thank you again!
Wow, that's... amazing! You drew it perfectly... I usually don't like Alliance characters - I'm in love with undead - but I have to admit that worgens are absolutely fascinating. And this one is... Wow! The face, the perfect details, the light created by its spell... Is that a rogue/druid? 'Cause the set reminds me of the leatherworking one :3 By the way, great job, congrats!
Beautiful work! I love the colouring and the fact that she looks pretty realistic. I see that you don't really like their harsh expressions in the game, but I do in a way. I'm not saying that you should've added that in this picture, I get that you wanted to show a softer sight of the Worgen, which I love! ^^ But I just wanted to say that I also like the hard expressions on the females because I think it gives a wibe of how aggressiv women can really be, lol... Anyways! again, fantastic image! I hope I'll manage to colour my Worgen drawing like that ^^''
Hey MaxxPrime- thank you for the comment. Yeah I definitely see what you are saying. I suppose I should clarify and say that I felt there were already several of those "aggressive female" Worgen images already and I wanted to change it up. Also, in the art brief from the client, the scene and moment was not in battle or conflict. I felt it was a good opportunity to show a female Worgen a little softer : ) Thanks again!
Thanks so much - I dig the Worgen's design, but I didn't want to portray the female as if they are in this perpetual state of rabid anger. I took a chance but it seems to have worked out. Thanks again!
